TEMPO.CO, Jakarta-Twitter has released a special emoji for the Holy Month Ramadan in
Indonesia. The crescent moon and mosque emoji will appear if user type the following hashtags: #KebersamaanRamadhan, #ramadhan, #bulanpuasa, #puasa, #sahur, or #bukapuasa.
Moroever, the love icon in Periscope also changes into crescent moon and love. This is the first time Twitter releases special Periscope icon for Ramadan.
Twitter in its official statement says that the icons will be active until July 7, 2016.
Twitter also collaborates with some partners to activate @ramadhan account, which will discuss Ramadan topics.
Some of the collaborators are AA Gymnastiar (@aagym), Teguh (@marioteguh), Bondan Winarno (@PakBondan), Kokiku TV (@KokikuTv), Masak TV (@MasakTV), and Aku Cinta Makanan Indonesia (@acmiID). ANTARA
